Arrighini's classical-jazz work began as a personal tribute: two Puccini albums dedicated to his father, one for solo piano and one with trio and strings. The project became the starting point for a long series of classical transformations and took his solo programmes to concert halls from Japan and Brazil to Russia and Australia.
